My First Triathlon
So Ammon came home the other day and told my about an all Women's Triathlon. It has always been my dream to do one but I never thought I would be able to. Well, I decided it is now or never. I have access to a pool, to a bike and to well the pavement. :) I LOVE running races! I'm definitely not the fastest and I don't win every race by any means but it just gives me something that I have to work for and accomplish! It also gives me a huge adrenaline rush in a positive way. So bring on the swimming... the biking... and the running! I am SO EXCITED!

hooray hooray!! I love triathlons. They remind me of American Gladitors and are VERY addicting!
