The first picture is him and the girls with the celebration icecream cake. :)
The second is at his first White Coat Ceremony.
I always heard that going to Med school was really hard. But I never thought of the wife's point of view before. So if you are wondering... it is much harder than I thought it was going to be. Ammon's Masters program wasn't too bad at Midwestern University but here in Kirksville, I really don't see my husband much(One hour today for dinner with the Missionaries). Thank goodness for SAA and excercise group or I would be going crazy! I also feel bad for Ammon. Med school really is as hard as they say it is. There just isn't enough hours in the day for him. But I am grateful that we got in somewhere and I am grateful I have made new friends and that I have my little girls to keep me company. So here we go! Less than 4 years left. Bring it ON!

I think that we should make a really long chain . . . a 4 year chain. And you can take off one loop each day. That will totally help the time fly by. :) We are proud of you guys. We love you!
it is hard! it is especially hard at first but once you guys get a routine down it will be better!! i love exercise group too, i really would be a crazy woman without it! you can always come over and hang out with me, we can be lonely (single mom's) together :)
Well, I'm glad you are here so that you can be my friend and make my lonely days less lonely.
This post made me cry! I miss you guys so much! I will start making loops for the 4 year chain! Love you sis!
Kristen! Why did you think I was pregnant? :0) I'm just going to say...we are the 1%...but I just miscarried on Friday. I was 8 weeks along and had no idea. I'm still pretty sad about it. But even Sis. Jones thought I was pregnant...I don't get it. You'll have to enlighten me. Here is my email:

I promise it gets better...either you get more accustomed to not seeing your hubby or you find more ways to be together. Not sure which. :) But we're in our last year and it has just flown by! Good luck at Kirksville! That's a great place!
So hard! Oh man. I can't even imagine. You have an amazing attitude about it. Good luck to Ammon!
